Free the surface from loose material, grease and oil by grit blasting or water jet. Dry the surface completely. SUNEPOXY 358 has a 2:1 resin: hardener volume based ratio. Mix the materials thoroughly. Apply the first coat of mix by brush as the priming coat. While the priming coat is still wet and tacky, place the epoxy mortar in required thickness and level with trowel. Prepare a seal coat & apply this mix by a soft paintbrush over the mortar layer.

Use of cement grout may not be efficient due to high shrinkage, low bond and tensile strength
Hence, very low viscosity epoxy injection grout often solves the problem and provides structural integrity

SUNEPOXY 368 has a 3:1 resin: hardener volume based ratio. Remove loose, disintegrated and porous concrete at cracks and joints. Drill injection holes to a depth of 2-4 inches in the concrete depending upon width of the cracks, extent of damage and dimensions of structural elements. Inject the mixture of epoxy resin and hardener at pressure of 50-100 psi.

Clean all surfaces dry and make free of any oily residue which will interfere with proper adhesion. All cracks over 2 mm wide should be routed out to a 6 mm width and 6 mm depth prior to application. Fill routed out cracks and cut joints with SUNEPOXY 378 (MORTAR), then apply the material over the rest of the surface. For patching, spread with trowel to the required level using a thin coat of solvent on the trowel to aid workability.
