Provides protection against mild attack by injurious solutions such as acid splashing or oil penetration

Scrub and clean the surface thoroughly. Prepare a dilute solution of SUNFLORMETALLIN, 0.5 Kg. in 3.5 Litre water. Use a broom or long handle brush and apply the 1st coat wash to approximately 10 M² area. Ensure that the liquid is uniformly absorbed in the whole area. For second coat, mix 1 Kg of content in 3 Litre water. 24 hours after the 1st coat, apply the 2nd coat in the same manner. For the 3rd coat, mix 2 Kg SUNFLORMETALLIN in 2 Litre water. 24 hours after the second coat, apply the 3rd coat in the same manner.

Apply POLYABRES only on fresh concrete. Sprinkle POLYABRES when the base concrete or screed is still in green condition, all bleeding has stopped and the fresh surface is hard enough to allow light foot traffic. (3 mm foot print impressions). At this stage, on the concrete surface, evenly spread half the total quantity of POLYABRES using an appropriate sized sieve. Immediately, spread the remaining POLYABRES at right angles to the earlier application and similarly float the surface using power trowels for the final finish. Foot traffic may be permitted after 24 hours and other traffic after one week.

Apply a single coat of SUNFLORSHINE with a low pressure, high volume sprayer or rollers or brush, or fine/soft bristled broom so as to form a glistening sheen and to ensure complete saturation of the surface. After 20 minutes, the excess material may be removed and the surface shall be allowed to dry for 1 - 2 hrs. For immediate shine, SUNFLORSHINE shall be allowed to dry overnight and then polished with a high speed buffer equipped with a burnishing pad. Up to three coats may be applied with burnishing in-between coat for super high gloss. Floor is typically ready for use 1 hour after final burnishing is carried out.
